Uniphar & Friends of Cross Present €110,000 Donation to Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute
A joint fundraising initiative between Uniphar PLC and the cancer charity ‘Friends of Cross’ was marked at Trinity College on 23rd November with the handover of a cheque amounting to €110,000 to the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute.

Science plaque unveiled to honour inventor Percy Ludgate
Percy Ludgate published the world’s second design for a computer. He designed it, often into the early hours, in his home at 30 Dargle Road in Drumcondra, Dublin, where the plaque was unveiled.

Trinity benefits from legacy of Elan founder Dr Don Panoz
Dr Panoz died in September 2018, aged 83, leaving part of his estate to Trinity. This followed his funding in 1994 of the Panoz Institute, a purpose-built home for the School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences on campus.
