Trinity ranked in 37th place in Times Higher Education Europe Teaching Rankings 2019

Trinity College Dublin has been ranked in 37th place in the just published Times Higher Education Europe Teaching Rankings 2019.
At its heart are the results of the Times Higher Education European Student Survey, which examines a range of key issues, including students’ engagement with their studies, their interaction with teachers, the quality of services at the institution and their opportunities to develop skills which help prepare them for a career after university. The global higher education ranking is based on four core performance pillars: resources, engagement, outcomes and environment.
Commenting on the significance of the ranking, Trinity’s Dean of Undergraduate Studies, Professor Kevin Mitchell said:
“We are delighted with today’s ranking which is a real testament to the quality of teaching, and learning environment we provide for our students in reaching their full potential. We want our students to develop continuously and support them in meeting the challenges of the future. This ranking would not be possible without the commitment of our staff in helping our students achieve this.”
