Trinity Musicians Hold Piano Marathon in Aid of Oxfam

Trinity student musicians from throughout the College will take part in a 12-hour piano marathon organised by the DU Music Society on Tuesday 30th March next.  The event, in aid of Oxfam, will run from 9am – 9pm in the Public Theatre, Front Square. 

Throughout the day visitors can enjoy a range of musical genres, from classical to jazz, traditional to Latino.  The charity event, which is supported by the School of Drama, Film and Music, is run annually and gives students the opportunity to showcase their musical talents.  A donation of €5 is suggested for entry to any of the scheduled concerts.  Visitors can also purchase an all-day ticket at the door for €10.
