Trinity HR Service Centre Launched

Trinity's HR have launched a new HR Service Centre which will provide a dedicated service to deal with all employment-related queries from staff, including prospective and former staff.  

The goal of the Service Centre is to resolve as many queries as possible at the first point of contact. The Service Centre will manage queries from staff and managers and will escalate queries to sections if they cannot answer the query.  The Service Centre is located on the ground floor of House 4 and will be open from 09:00-17.30 (Mon-Thurs) and 09:00-17:00 (Fri) remaining open through lunchtime.  Please feel free to drop in or contact them by phone on 01 896 3333 or by email on hr@tcd.ie 

In addition to the Service Centre, their website has been re-designed to enable you to find the answer to many questions.  All policies and forms are located in a user-friendly HR A-Z section on the website which will enable you to easily locate the information you require.
