Trinity Business Economic and Social Studies (BESS) students, Anne Byrne and Nathalie Ennis, were the winners of the Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow ‘Best Technology Enabled Solution’ Award for 2009. The Trinity team presented a case study strategy encompassing a brand refresh, technology review and expansion plan through online sales channels.
The final round of the competition involved the presentation of the recommendations and findings from the case study analysis by students to a panel of business leaders from O2, IDA Ireland, the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Bank of Ireland and Accenture Ireland. Accenture supported all the participants before the final round, running a mentor system and a development day to build skills and leadership potential in the finalists.
