Provost delivers College address

The Provost, Dr Patrick Prendergast delivered a College address on Monday 19 November during which he outlined how we are meeting the challenges of funding higher education and research, and how we are maintaining our reputation at a time of ever increasing global competition.

Other themes he explored included the new geopolitical realities and the effects of digital transformation – two issues that have taken on increased relevance since he last addressed the College community in October 2016.
