Printing House Square official opening

We are looking forward to welcoming our students and staff to the official opening of Printing House Square on Monday October 9th from 3-5pm. Printing House Square, the newest major building on Trinity's campus, is home to a new state of the art health service, a disAbility hub and brand new sports services, including squash courts.
Printing House Square tours: Sign-up for one of the tours (departing at 3pm or 3:45pm) by registering here. The official opening of the Square will take place at 4:30pm.
The Trinity College Health team has a range of activities taking place to share some of its services with attendees. Activities on offer at the official launch are:
- Blood pressure checks with the Nursing Team.
- A sexual health and contraception display with free condoms.
- Information on Tobacco Free Trinity, information on vaping and sign-up for our October stop smoking course.
- Take some time to relax in our mindfulness corner.
- Free bike lights available as part of the Healthy Trinity: Smarter Travel initiative.
- Speak to our Healthy Trinity ambassadors, sports clubs and societies.
Trinity Sport’s state-of-the-art indoor sporting facilities have been designed to cater to a range of sports and activities, including Squash, GAA Handball, Racquet Ball and Olympic Target Shooting. The sports activities on offer at the official launch are:
Trinity Squash:
Squash ‘Give it a Go’ session from 3pm – 4pm

The Trinity disAbility Hub embodies the university's forward-thinking approach to disability, inclusivity, and sustainability. At the opening, each room in the Hub will be themed around a particular initiative and will feature an interactive exhibit and a brief presentation about the theme it represents. Speeches by representatives of each themed room will start at 4pm. The disAbility Hub activities on offer at the official launch are:
- TCD Sense
- Community engagement project.
- Botany sensory garden.
- Assistive technology and ergonomic room.
- DUNeS Neurodiversity Society
- Ability Co-op
- Social media room – Art expo in seminar room.
