Leadership & Personal Transformation 

Leadership & Personal Transformation is a cornerstone of the MBA curriculum, delivered through dedicated modules that focus on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and practical leadership skills. These experiences empower students to become authentic, resilient, and impactful leaders. 

Throughout the programme, you will engage with industry speakers and thought leaders on key leadership topics such as building effective teams, navigating personal and organisational change, developing resilience, and understanding group dynamics.

Live Company Projects

A key feature of the programme is its emphasis on applied learning. Students are required to complete a Strategic Company Project and may choose up to two additional consulting projects, the Social Enterprise Project and the Scaling Project, as electives.

These projects offer direct engagement with partner companies, providing hands-on experience in addressing real business challenges. Across all three projects, you will advise organisations on how to address real strategic business challenges. 

International Residency Weeks

There are two optional week-long international residency electives in South Africa and Belgium. 

  1. Leuven Institute, Belgium 
    Study in the heart of Europe. Our elective module in Negotiating for Value is held in the historic 400-year-old Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe. The weeklong residency week also include experiential learning including a field trip to the European Commission and Parliament   
  1. Cape Town, South Africa 
    Experience business in one of the largest economies in Africa. The one-week elective module in Management and Sustainability is held in the University of Cape Town. During the week students will meet entrepreneurs in local townships, visiting Fair Trade communities, local artisans and non-profit businesses who focus on sustainability and stewardship of our communities.
