The launch of the Flexible Executive MBA was perfectly timed as the way we work professionally has completely transformed over the past two years. This programme feels like a great opportunity to prove that we can transform the way we learn as well. Learning and working in tandem, I can apply the theoretical knowledge I gain in real-time to lead more effectively.

We work on teams regularly, we spend time connecting with each other, and many of us have been able to meet in person. I don’t feel less of a connection because we’re not in the same room, and I think we’ll have a more expansive network at the end of the programme due to the geographic and cultural diversity of the Flexible Executive MBA candidates.

The flexible nature of the programme immediately appealed to me. I live in Ireland, but my town planning business is in London, so I travel a lot. I needed to be able to learn at a distance and connect at times that suited my schedule.

The technology used to deliver the programme is simply state-of-the-art; the new modules are released every two weeks and you can work your way through them at your own pace, wherever you are in the world. For me, that might be an airport or a train! The course material is so interesting and relevant that I’m motivated to log in and connect whenever I can. Through the application of my MBA learning, I am already improving my own business to a great degree.

I chose the Flexible Executive MBA because it was one of the few programmes available that offers such a degree of flexibility, whilst still accommodating my professional workload.
