Programme Overview
The MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management provides the knowledge and tools to optimise decisions that balance environmental, social, and economic outcomes in an increasingly complex global landscape. The programme combines academic theory with practical, hands-on learning to explore how organisations monitor risk, leverage innovation, and manage collaboration across supply networks.
Throughout the programme, students develop the ability to analyse, formulate, and evaluate solutions to today’s most pressing supply chain challenges. They also learn to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and integrate sustainability and risk considerations into strategic decision-making.

Student Profie
The MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management is designed as a conversion programme for individuals new to the field. Applicants come from a wide range of academic backgrounds, including business, management, engineering, and computer science. The programme is not suitable for those who have already studied operations or supply chain management in depth.
Applicants without a quantitative background should demonstrate a strong interest in numeracy or relevant work experience. As collaboration is central to the learning experience, strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in teams are important.
Many students bring some professional experience in operations or supply chain roles and are looking to advance their expertise and progress their careers in this area.
