Graduates from the MSc in Human Resource Management will be particularly well placed to tackle business challenges, which is crucially important to organisations operating in an increasingly dynamic and complex world. Graduates of the programme have the option to work in multinational companies in the HR area, or as consultants. Dedicated and tailored support provided by the Careers Consultant along with the opportunity to attend careers fairs right here on campus and receive world class teaching delivered by industry experts means students have ample opportunity to build professional connections during their studies and many go on to work in global companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Indeed and LinkedIn (some of which have their European HQ located right here in Dublin). Some of our graduates also find their niche in smaller organisations and start-ups with Dublin being a well-known entrepreneurial and tech hub.
