Delivery format: One 90-minute online onboarding session followed by three immersive three-day modules delivered over six months. The programme includes a dedicated residential module at Farnham Estate, Co. Cavan, creating space for reflection, peer learning and strategic thinking.

The IHCA Consultant Executive Leadership Programme (CELP) is designed specifically for hospital Consultants seeking to strengthen their leadership capability and influence within increasingly complex healthcare environments.

Participants are typically established clinical leaders who wish to shape healthcare services, influence policy, drive reform and strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration.

The programme is particularly suitable for:

  • Consultants currently serving as Clinical Directors, service leads or other formal leadership roles
