Mick Costigan

Biography

Mick Costigan leads the Salesforce Futures team, helping Salesforce leaders and customers anticipate, imagine and shape the future, with a focus on AI, sustainability, customer experience, and work. He has a decade of experience leading innovation, foresight, and strategy teams at Salesforce. Prior to that he spent ten years in strategy consulting with Monitor Group and Global Business Network, serving corporate, government and philanthropic clients across five continents. He also spent a year as a fellow in the AI Policy team at the World Economic Forum. 

Mick graduated from Trinity in 2004 with a 1st class honours in Economic and Social Science and a Diplôme de Grande Ecole and Masters in Management from ESCP in Paris, and was named a Scholar in 2001. He is from Bray, Co. Wicklow, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children.
