Marta Agrech

Biography
Marta Agrech is passionate about sustainable digital innovation, particularly when it contributes to environmental and societal good. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Oxie, the first European platform dedicated to corporate co-financing for nature-based solutions and natural ecosystem restoration projects. Additionally, Marta holds the position of Head of Partnerships at Carbone 4, based in Paris.
Mrs. Agrech is a member of the technical working group at an e-liability institute established by Professors Kaplan from Harvard and Ramana from Oxford in 2022. Marta contributes her field expertise in carbon emissions management to support the initiative's goal of establishing robust carbon accountability standards.
Marta's professional background is in the digital ecosystem economy, with a focus on the industrial sector. Prior to her current positions, Marta was involved in digital transformation projects with companies such as Airbus and CMA CGM.
Mrs. Agrech strongly believes in the power of collective intelligence to tackle sustainability challenges we all face. She shares her experience as a visiting lecturer at Audencia Business School, IESEG Business School, and Polimi Graduate School of Management MBA program, where she teaches courses on Digital Transformation and the Philosophy of Business Transformation.
She studied International and European Law at Warsaw University and Panthéon-Assas - Université Paris II. She holds another Master's degree in International Business from Institut d'Etudes Politiques Aix en Provence and Shanghai International Studies University. She pursued Executive Education at INSEAD with a specific focus on digital ecosystems design. Her work on digital supply networks received a distinction from Professor Peter Zemsky.
Marta has joined the Trinity Business School Advisory Board to support the school in its ambitious environmental trajectory towards carbon neutrality.
