Benjamin Kayser, former French international Rugby player, transitioned from his rugby career by enrolling in an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Leveraging this education, he co-founded a Venture Capital Fund focusing on climate and health innovation. His experience as a sports leader helps him identify and support ambitious projects, combining high performance with entrepreneurial strategy.
