Our Fitness Courses are designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and train with purpose in a structured and supportive environment. We also offer one-to-one personal training options tailored to different goals, whether that is developing strength, improving lifting technique, or enhancing overall fitness and performance.

Lift and Lean: Build strength, improve body composition, and develop confidence in the gym through structured, progressive training. Fully coached sessions focused on movement quality, consistency, and long-term results.

TRYKA Prep: An 8-week conditioning course designed to improve fitness, stamina, and overall performance through structured training. Inspired by HYROX-style racing, the programme combines running, strength-based stations, and high-intensity workout challenges. Ideal for anyone looking to build fitness, improve conditioning, and enhance overall performance.

Lift and Lean

Course: Six-week course with sessions twik on ce a weeTuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30-7.30pm

Cost: Members: €120 or Non-Members: €130

Lift & Lean is a structured strength training programme designed to help you build confidence in the gym, improve lifting technique, and develop long-term strength.

Each session focuses on key compound lifts including squats, deadlifts, presses, and accessory movements, with progressive coaching throughout the course. The emphasis is on learning how to move well, build control, and gradually increase strength in a safe and structured environment.

This course is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine your technique and progress your strength training.

TRYKA Prep

Course: Eight-week course with sessions twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5.30-6.30pm

Cost: Members: €160 or Non-Members: €170

TRYKA Prep is an 8-week conditioning course designed to improve overall fitness, endurance, and performance.

TRYKA is Ireland’s hybrid fitness race series, similar in style to HYROX, combining running with functional workout stations such as sled pushes, carries, rowing, ski erg, lunges, and burpee-based movements. Participants can compete individually or in pairs, making the event accessible to different fitness levels and preferences.

This course is designed to prepare you for these demands through structured conditioning sessions that build aerobic capacity, strength endurance, and the ability to perform under fatigue. Sessions focus on pacing, engine development, and functional movement patterns to improve overall performance.

You do not need to be competing in TRYKA to take part - it’s also a great option for anyone simply looking to improve their fitness and conditioning in a structured environment.

Personal Training at Trinity Sport

Our Personal Training service at Trinity Sport is designed to provide a structured, results-driven approach tailored to your individual goals. Whether you are new to training or looking to take your performance to the next level, our coaches offer professional guidance, accountability, and support throughout your journey.

You will receive one-to-one coaching with a fully customised programme built around your needs, schedule, and experience level. Sessions are focused on improving strength, fitness, body composition, and overall wellbeing, while ensuring proper technique and long-term progress.

She coaches a wide range of clients, from beginners to experienced athletes, with a strong focus on movement quality, consistency, and long-term progression.

Her coaching background includes CrossFit-style training, HYROX preparation, and strength development. She is passionate about helping people train with purpose, build confidence, and progress towards their individual goals in a clear and supportive environment.
