Iseult Ward

Biography

Iseult Ward co-founded FoodCloud in 2012.  It has developed a software platform that enables businesses to redistribute surplus food to charities.  Since it was established, more than 8,000 tonnes of food (or more than 18 million meals) have been diverted from landfill.  Iseult was named on Forbes’s prestigious ’30 under-30 Europe’ list of innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders in 2017 and received a special contribution award at the recent EY Ireland Entrepreneur of the Year awards. She previously won the Marie Claire UK Future Shapers Award and funding in Virgin Media Business VOOM 2016 competition.  Iseult studied BESS at Trinity College and was named Business Student of the Year in 2013.
