Daniel Malan and Stephen Davis have published a piece in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance covering the pioneering work performed by the Irish Association of Investment Managers in the early 1990s.
The Corporate Governance Lab has embarked on a project to document this important part of corporate governance history.
