Dr Roden, emphasises that collaboration between competitors and investment in innovation are essential for sustainable growth. Ireland's position, with its offshore wind potential and sustainable aviation fuel production, plays a critical role in the decarbonisation efforts. 

She states, "We need a coordinated, collaborative effort across the sector to balance cost control, efficiency, and sustainability in driving decarbonisation."
