LEADSx2030 is a €2 million initiative funded by the European Union, designed to meet the rising demand for Advanced Digital Skills (ADS) in Europe’s rapidly shifting digital landscape. It is a 48-month project involving a consortium of six partners. As Europe progresses through the digital decade, the initiative aims to bolster global competitiveness by fostering digital innovation and talent development.
LEADSx2030 builds on the success of the LEADS initiative, which, over a 20-month period, laid the groundwork for advancing Europe's digital talent. The earlier project empowered education and training providers with crucial insights, tools, and best practices to develop the future ADS workforce. The new initiative seeks to build upon this foundation, driving further growth through targeted investments from the European Commission’s DIGITAL Programme S04, ensuring that Europe maintains its leadership in digital skills and innovation.
Trinity joins a consortium made up of leaders in digital skills networks and ecosystems. Strategic partners include: Bluspecs (Coordinator), EIT Digital, HeadAI, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Digital Europe.
