Green Lab Internship

Green Lab Interns are students who support laboratories in transitioning to more sustainable research practices. This paid internship is open to students from STEM disciplines and the Faculty of Health Sciences, offering valuable hands-on experience in sustainability within laboratory settings.

Working closely with the Green Lab Officer, interns collaborate on a range of initiatives, including conducting lab sustainability audits, supporting chemical inventory management, engaging with lab users to encourage eco-friendly practices, and contributing to awareness campaigns and events. Through this work, they help drive energy efficiency, waste reduction, and more sustainable behaviours across Trinity’s labs.

This role provides students with the opportunity to develop practical skills, contribute to meaningful change, and actively support Trinity’s sustainability goals.

Keep an eye on this page for future opportunities to get involved.
