The project will assess the aerodynamics of wind farms and develop new controllers to optimise power production. These new controllers will use operational wind farm data to adaptively “learn” the best way to control wind farms.

Irish scientists tag giant porbeagle shark off Donegal coast
The huge female specimen, estimated to weigh 400-500 lb, is the largest ever recorded in Irish waters and likely to be 25-30 years old. The scientists believe the Donegal coast may act as a globally important reproductive area for this species, which is critically endangered in European waters.
